Quite possibly one of the best Thousand Trails Parks I've been to. The location in proximity to Cape Cod is fantastic, and in addition the staff is so helpful and friendly. The park is extremely well shaded and the amenities are well kept. In excellent pool even a great little snack bar. This is a can't miss for individuals, couples, or families.

Fantastic central location to visit Cape Cod, Boston and Newport. The sites are huge! All the amenities are there including laundry that operates using credit cards. Only downside(small)... it was quite dusty as the roads are all sand.

Very nice campground. They need to be cleaner in the bath house , however. When we arrived, there was no soap in the ladies bathroom . The second day, there was no soap as well. Haven't gone down there yet today. It's our 3rd day here. It is not very clean in there. Shower drains were not working well. The other negative is that during the week, the pool closes at 6 pm. I think it should stay open at least until 8 pm. The RV section was very tight. We had a small Helio and were able to stay in a more secluded area without hook up. But the large RVs were sandwiched in. Other than what I mentioned it's nice, and stores are near by.

Nice camp ground. Only wish is, I prefer a sandy swimming pond instead of a pool. Otherwise, great place for family fun and relaxation. Cabins are beautiful. Snack shack available and events for kid. Some noticed renovations also.

Location - 3 1/2 stars. Easy to get to but can hear road noise almost all the time.Facilities and sites - 4 stars. Sites were well maintained and the one room rustic cabin we had was great. Pool is really nice. Laundry is good. Restrooms could use some help....men's room had an issue that was being addressed but if you just walked in it doesn't look good. Rec room and games could use some attention.Staff - 10 stars (if I could give them). Staff put this place over the top. Super friendly and accommodating. Never rushed with customers and I always felt appreciated. You can't fake gratitude. They were always busy working around the sites and facilities. Staff would be the number one reason to return. Great job Team!!!!Over all great place and I'll be back soon.

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. All you have to do ask 😊. Perfect campsite and the fire pits are amazing. In fact I am going to make one for my home. Dogs loved the dog park. The camp is an hour away from anything you want to see. We went to Salem in just an hour. I definitely would return! Perfect spot!

We arrived an hour before check in and they were going to charge us $25 for being early; but, they waived it. I can understand the charge if you're showing up at 10AM, but an hour early . . . really??One time, the power went out in the back half of the campground; which included us. It took them about 30 minutes to restore the power. There are no designated tent sites, they are put on RV sites. During the weekend, the place turns in to a big tent commune. The layout of the campground is a bit confusing. It would be nice to be escorted to your site. For $100/night, I expect better. The campground is NOT close to Boston, about 40 miles away and Boston's public transportation system is not commuter friendly. FYI - It would have cost us about $50 for each trip into the city. I know that's not the fault of the campground, but we got a bit of "sticker shock." I don't know if we'd return to this campground.

Great people and place. Have a cute store and has several food delivery options, right to your campsite. We stayed there because of how easy it was to get to fenway park from. Only about 40 minutes away

Very expensive. Good location. The women at the desk was not pleasant. No good Sam discount offered even tho RV Life says they do. No veteran discount. Tight navigation of the roads and hard to back in due to the large rocks. Dirt for a campsite . The “ sewer” is just a 4 once pipe with a cover. No threads to put a cap in. Can smell sewer. Update the sign please … my husband drove right by it.

On our way to Bar Harbor, Maine we stayed at Spacious Skies for a few days. This campground is incredible. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was like a hotel resort pool. Lots of lounges and chairs for you to sit with some tables having an umbrella. Nice areas to walk your dog. Very clean bathrooms. The only downside, it’s a challenge to navigate the roads, they are narrow and if you’ve a first timer confusing to find your site. Perhaps having an escort to assist you if this is your first time. But I would highly recommend this campground which is in Littleton, Massachusetts

We really loved our stay at this park. The sites were lovely with beautiful stone fireplaces and tall trees all around. The biggest bonus for us was the info received at the front desk about commuter trains into Boston. Taking the train into Boston saved us the hassle of finding and paying for parking. We were also able to stay overnight in Boston during this trip since our vehicle and trailer were safe at Spacious Skies. The only negative is the laundry machines could use an upgrade.

We loved this place. Quiet and fun. Kids loved it. The site was large, flat and with a lot of shadow. I love the fire pits. City water wasn’t tasting good and they are not composting.

We stayed here 12 years ago and enjoyed our stay. We came back this year to visit the area again and nothing has really changed. Still a very shaded family oriented campground. If you're in a motorhome and towing I'd really advise you to unhook prior to turning up the road to the campground. There is NO level spot in the entire campground except the individual camp sites. The directions to your site that you're given at check-in are very confusing and hard to read as it is printed on glossy black paper. The individual street signs to the camp sites are poorly located and very small to see before you pass them. Ask at check in to have someone guide you to your site if at all possible. Once you're in you will enjoy the spacious sites and wooded soundings.Don't drive into Boston it's 30 miles away and if you could find parking it's about $25 for 2 hours! Rather drive to Alewife transportation station 25 miles away and it's free parking. Once there buy a "Charlie Card" at one of the many kiosks and prepay the card for subway transportation into the city, $3 each time you board. The best deal in Boston!

The camp is not what we expected. We were there for 3 days. The sites are small and cramped and the RVs are very close together. Recreation spaces are not good for children. The pool is small and the playground is not good. The volleyball net was torn. There really are other better campground.

Wonderfully surprised by this local (to us) campground! After nearly a year on the road we were expecting our final stop to be lackluster. However, everything about this campground exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The grounds were clean and organized. Amenities, while not "beautiful," were more than sufficient. The sites were fairly spacious and wooded. We've already talked up this campground to all of our friends and plan to return many times!Notes:-Road noise is an issue as there is a busy trucking route and a commuter rail train nearby.-Arcade eats quarters as most of the games are dated and need updating-RV parking in the registration area is tight and on a significant slope-Some sites will be very difficult to back into without experience as there are many, many trees here

We stayed here for the weekend during an AAU Basketball tournament. The campground was great. Lots of space between sites. The people were super nice and overall we had a great stay. I was really surprised at how close it was to everything in the greater Boston area. Super quick to jump on 495 as well as route 2 into 95 or straight into town. One thing that was unexpected was the train close by. You can hear it loud and clear, we ran our AC fan which was enough white noise to drown it out but maybe something to consider if you're tent camping. We will defiantly return to this campground.

We are repeat campers here, the campground it's under new management, so we were a little nervous. We arrived under the pouring rain, our site was flooded and the electricity wasn't working. New owner came to the rescue, he moved us to a much better spot and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are very pleased with the new management. This campground it's beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable. The pool is perfect for a night swim and the store is well stocked.

Wow! What a find. My girlfriend and I enjoy camping on the cape & visiting PTown and found Coastal Acres “last minute” due to peak season. From checking in, to purchasing forgotten supplies at the store, to our quiet spot on the campground this place was great. Staff was helpful and efficient. The bathrooms and showers were clean (and being cleaned several times during our stay) and well lit. The foot path and directions to town that bypassed hills were clutch as we were riding a tandem bicycle. Our spot was tucked away with great privacy (mainly since the spot directly next to us was vacant) and well covered with trees that gave much needed shade. The residents of Coastal Acres were friendly and peaceful, and it was quite lovely to see all walks of life enjoying the outdoors. I noticed an artist painting and saw/heard a cello being played that added to the atmosphere of peaceful and lovely. Thank you Coastal Acres.

Shear Delight! It is super duper close to downtown. It is one of the hands down cleanest campgrounds I have ever been to. Showers very fairly priced and also spotless! People are friendly and respectful. It is a packed campground with people super close, but even with that it was very quiet. Just as an FYI be mindful that there are no open fires here. You must bring your own contained pit. As an added perk all sites have electricity and water. Definitely luxurious!

Wonderful staff, clean facilities, and great camp sites with privacy!I've grown up going to the Cape every year and we frequently camp to save money. I have been to many of the campgrounds from Brewster up to Provincetown. Coastal Acres is now my favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The bathrooms were VERY well kept and clean, and maybe it was always my good timing, but they were never over packed. Our site was wonderful- very secluded and private and most sites seemed to have the same appeal. It was also nice to have a site with running water and electric, as that is not always the case with other campgrounds. We will definitely be returning and are very happy with our stay! Thank you Coastal Acres!

I just came out here to give a review after our recent visit (2022) and i see that 2 years ago i gave 5 Stars. I give 5 stars again. We stay at Coastal Acres Campground at least once a year at the end of July. We've done this now for 7 years in a row! Love Love it there. Great location, just a short walk into town, and short bike ride or walk to the beautiful beaches. The staff is always very kind and friendly! Five more Stars! *****

We really had a wonderful time. Booking was easy, when I called to explain that we would be arriving a little later than the posted office hours, they were pleasant and very accommodating and even called me the day of to confirm our approximate arrival time. Our arrival greeter was pleasant, efficient and helpful as well. The campground itself was very well marked, the campsites were as well, and the entire area was very clean and maintained and had an . Our site had 20, 30 and 50 amp electricity along with water and sewer (extra if you wanted it). The electric hookup was great for our Rivian electric truck. The bathrooms facilities were clean and appeared maintained/wiped down regularly. Location is everything as it was only a few minutes walk from the fun Commercial Street area. I would highly recommend it for any campers be it tent or RV. Thanks for a great stay Coastal Acres. You'll be seeing us again soon!

Update 2022 : after a two years hiatus, we were back at the Acres!!! Always the best place to stay in Ptown. After all those years, the next step will be to update the sanitary block. The toilet must get more intimate, people who went there know what I mean!2 years in a row in this beautiful camping. 3 minutes away from Commercial street with bike. Anna at the desk is one of the most efficient customer service person we've meet in years!!!
Perfect experience! I used the messages feature in google maps and the response was excellent. The staff from the campground contacted me with their availability and reserved right then. Upon arrival, the welcome staff was friendly and informative. The camping area was spacious and had all we needed for a night there. The restrooms were perfectly clean which is always appreciated. I’ll 100% stay here again.

Nancy Roth - per your review on 6/11/22 - shame on you - I asked you very nicely about your off-leash dog as my job requires and you chose to get upset, complain to other staff and leave a poor review, citing your age and medical condition. I saw you walk from your RV with a dog off leash. There were lots of baby rabbits in that area and I waited to see if you would attach the leash which you didn’t until you saw me approaching a few minutes later. I’m sorry that you feel your age and medical condition excuse your behavior but please know that they do not. I wish you well.

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Acres Campground, the staff was friendly and helpful. The office shop had anything you could ever need for your camping trip in case you forgot anything. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The office had real bathrooms and coin operated showers! About a 15 minute walk to both the bars and restaurants of Ptown, and to Stop and Shop! Other campers were friendly and considerate of other campers. Dog friendly, and all the dogs were super well behaved. We didn't bring our puppers this time, but we will all be back for definite.

Great campground. Far enough from town so it’s quiet, but close enough for a afternoon walk in. Sites are very spacious and staff is super friendly. Just watch out for coyotes if you have pets.
