The front office is so accommodating. Everyday, so pleasant. The resort is having a number of renovations. Nice to see improvements being made. I love the rules of the resort. It’s nicely run and safe for the lot of people. My neighbors as well, so nice.

Lake Magic is a great resort to stay in. The two pools are well kept. The RV pads are well placed with plenty of room between spaces. The park is well maintained.

We are full time RVers and Florida is our home base. When in Central Florida this is the best place to stay. Large enough to always have something available and the prices are reasonable. Office staff is the best!

This park is currently past it's prime. Our standard site (lot 721) was gravel under the trailer, then dirt outside of the footprint. It was not level. Water, power and sewer service were fine. Campsite table and bench were in bad shape. There was very little verizon wireless signal at our site. We did not subscribe to 3rd party wifi. We did not use any of the bath houses. We did use the clubhouse for some of the games and swam in the pool. The clubhouse is pretty tired. Two sites down from ours was a decrepit trailer with two cars with flat tires sitting out front. Overall the property was less than half full. Basketball court was in ok condition. There was no security presence noted after 5pm and there is no gate. We were in area for youth athletic tournament. Groceries and food very close were convenient. I would only come back if significantly less than other campgrounds or if we needed to be within five minutes of campground.

We have the most expensive Thousand Trails membership. We were here during the summer, dozens of sites not occupied. They couldn't be bothered to upgrade us like other Encore resorts have. When we left at 11:30 am, even though there were tons of vacant sites around us, they came to our site and charged us a $25 late fee. I realize it's THE RULE, but jeez, it it just stupid in this instance. We will NOT go back and will complain to Thousand Trails SCREW U MAGIC LAKE ASH HOLES

It's OK. I've been to better like the Thousand Trails location (Orlando RV Resort). Yes the lake is pretty and the pools are nice but the sites are pretty run down for the price and hardly any trees or shade. And the pool apparently closes at 6? Really? Never been to any resort that closes before 9 or 10. It's ridiculous.

It is a very clean and scenic park. Shopping is convenient, and real close by to get groceries. The major attractions are not far away. There is a beautiful lake on the property near one of the two pools. There is also a kiddie pool, and a jacuzzi. The only negative thing I can list is the traffic noise coming from Hwy 192, that runs out in front of the resort. The showers and restrooms appeared clean and well kept. There is a large Racetrac fuel center just down the Hwy to the east that is accessible to get fuel in your RV if needed. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Yacht Haven. The turf grass is so clean looking and the landscaping plants add to the tropical feel. Our spot on the point allowed us to watch the yachts pass by. It was so relaxing. The location is also perfect. Just a few miles from the beach. We can not wait to go back.

I never actually visited this place because I'm a filthy poor but I wanted to leave a review because google keeps telling me I've gone to places I've never been to and because google refers to this place as an RV park.I mean, sure it is technically true, but it's absolutely hilarious to me the idea that someone is considered "wealthy" because their RV doesn't sink on water. Now I just want to see that RV from "Christmas Vacation" rooted to a barge and hiked up at one of these Marinas.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the park! They are making a ton of upgrades and are about halfway done. The upgraded RV sites are all paved with artificial turf and nice landscaping around. We enjoyed the pool and walking our dogs each morning along the dock and admiring all the yachts. The staff was friendly, the park well kept, and the location fantastic. We will return for sure!

This place is awesome!!! The renovations they are doing is making this place top of line! The office staff was so nice and we were also greeted by the manager Donnie who helped us get situated and then took the time to show us all around! We feel so welcomed here and this place is definitely different then others! I wanted to make sure to write this because of the reviews I saw before coming here but it is nothing like some of them say and they are truly doing everything for a better experience for us. I am very happy we found Yacht Haven.

My family and I just stayed here and what a great experience! I'm so glad we chose this location. It's close to everything we needed, sites and facilities were super clean, the dock is fun and access to the resort was great! The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I definitely didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend this place! We will be back!!

We came and stayed here with my family and our friends. (2 RVs) I can say this is probably the funnest RV trip we’ve ever done. The RV resort is so clean and well manicured. Staff is so friendly and helpful, above and beyond. Within walking distance to nearly anything you’d want to do. And the seafood restaurant next door is top notch.

Enjoyed the bayfront pool area and close proximity to shops/dining. Beach access is right across the street. Would stay again if in the area but wouldn’t consider this resort a destination.

We stayed here the first week and a half of June. The RV park is clean and kept up. The RV pads are brick pavers and generally level. All spots have picnic tables and umbrella. We stayed in two different spots due to availability. One was in the back (#40) and you could literally walk out to bay. Second spot was in front (#3). Spaces are divided by bushes giving you some privacy. Park has a small pool. Not tons of area to walk dogs but there is some open space. Having privileges and beach access at The Island Hotel across the highway is very convenient. My only complaint if any is the lack of bathrooms/showers. There is one set of men's and women's shower/restroom at the front and rear of park. They do have laundry facilities as well. Enjoyed stay but you are really paying for the location.

Customer Service— Specifically Barry— is lacking. We called to see about possibly moving our beach trip this summer to next, we didn’t ask for money back and just asked this simple question. He was EXTREMELY rude. It was a simple “yes” or “I’m sorry, but no” question and it was met with harshness and an incredibly ugly tone.We 100% know that the cancellation policy is prior to 30 days and 100% understand that. We just wanted to check about moving dates before we canceled. We just mentioned how high gas was and he informed me it was a hardship on everybody, not just us. It was just a comment about why we were wanting to cancel, not plea for help, just the reason why we were canceling. I cannot believe how rude he was. He said he wasn’t rude he was “matter of fact” and he “has to be when you work with people”.I worked with the public for 7 years and currently work with a LOT of parents of students daily....not once have I ever spoken to customers and/or people I deal with like that. When we decided to cancel we fully expected to not get that deposit back, but just wanted to verify about changing the dates before canceling. As far as the resort, I’m sure it’s nice but just based off of my (and my mom’s) conversation with him, we won’t be going there in the future. I’d rather lose out on our deposit than camp there just based on that conversation with him. However, my mom talked to Joe and he was incredibly nice! Very good customer service on his part.I’m not sure if Barry is the owner or what, but I’d have someone else answering the phones and dealing with the public.

Location, location...Sucks! If you don't like sleeping at night this is the place for you. Highway noise, amusement park noise and bar/live band noise on 3 sides. Bay on the 4th side is nice. Pool and RV sites are well maintained. No Internet! 3 washer/dryers for over 75 sites. Overpriced for what you get!

My parents stayed here for 3 weeks and absolutely enjoyed there time and making new friends, everyone is so nice and the grounds were beautiful, you can swim in the bay, pool or walk across the sky bridge to the gulf. We joined them later and loved that we could walk to bars, restaurants and the convenient store. We loved wading in the shallow water in the bay and playing with our dog jumping off the dock.
