Great value at the DE beach. With a large number of sites and active campers there is the usual numbers of "pigs" among the crowd. We think this is either our 19th or 20th season as regulars. In the off season we use a small travel trailer to tour the country now we are both retired. If there was a better place to be - we would be there.Recommended!

Great place! Kids can venture off and you don't have to worry about anything. It has a park, pool, beach, games, bathhouse, activity center, laundry rooms, general store. Staff were nice. Neighbors are friendly.

Great place. It is Huge! Very busy. But has everything you need. We rented a cabin for a week. Very cozy. Only small issue is the camp store opens at 8:00 a.m. .

I must admit that I was skeptical when I booked for June 2022 as other Google reviews were mixed. Some great, some not so great. So I am very happy to report that our 4 days there were on the GREAT side. Friendly reception at check in, large updated sites with level concrete pads, new utilities, clean and modern bath house, all well staffed and kept. AND big rig friendly. The grand children had a blast with their scooters and in the sand covered playground. So while initially I was skeptical of trying what clearly was/is a well established trailer park, I am happy to report that these folks clearly have made a big investment in attracting the RV crowd. My only gripe was with the Friday night golf cart cruising which was excessive, but as thats typical of such large campgrounds, I can hardly blame the campground for that. Before we left we were already picking out spots for our next trip. As a long time camper these folks checked all the right boxes for me.

We had a great time here, large campground and close to everything! Staff was super friendly and the environment is relaxing, not upright like the corporate run campgrounds. Awesome stay, thanks! We will stay again.

Good location & decent sites are the positives. LOUD and security doesn't do a thing about it, countless golf carts blaring music at all hours with bright LED headlights, very few activities for kids or families, VERY heavy lead content in water (and when I say VERY high, I mean it should be tested daily and I would absolutely not drink it.. even with a high-end water filter as we had), and to top it off... numerous staff are incredibly rude. Security was an absolute joke... rent-a-cops that think they have power. If you complain about anything, you're likely to get kicked out without a refund. Spoke to numerous seasonal tenants, similar complaints: management is horrendous and needs a lengthy class in customer service. Todd was cool though... the rest should follow his lead.Images are from our toilet... it was spotless prior to this trip and now has streaks due to the water. Metal smell was so bad we ended up using only bottled water and took a shower at a local gym after working out.

I've been here over 20 years and I am in love with the place. Management is excellent, activities provided are wonderful and they always have something going on, live bands, games, culinary events, and holiday special events. Pam, Kenny and Cindy are curtious, thoughtful and kind. The employees in the store are so sweet and friendly. Maintenance are always available when needed even though they are constantly upgrading the park. If you are looking for a vacation spot that provides everything you could dream of in a beach vacation this is the place. Even if it's just kicking back with a book there is a library on site to get a book. I have met people here that will be friends for life.

Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay

25491 Dogwood Ln, Millsboro, DE 19966

It’s all about the water at Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay, formerly known as Leisure Point RV Resort. Our premiere Delaware campground is located off a tributary of Rehoboth Bay in Long Neck. Easy access to the bay and the Atlantic Ocean from our 300-slip marina is just the beginning of the fun at Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay.

After spending time with my family here for 20 years, we finally decided to buy a camper in the seasonal section of Leisure Point/Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay. We love it so much that we had the camper for less than a year and bought a house in the permanent section. Pattie and her staff have been absolutely fantastic throughout the time we’ve been here. They are always friendly and very responsive. The park is always beautiful and well-maintained. Leisure Point is absolutely perfect for us!

I have been here for a few years and feel like I have experienced enough to give a helpful review. My wife and I are new to this style of camping and were surprised by how friendly and helpful the other residents are. Multiple times, someone has seen me struggling with something on my site and stopped to offer advice or a helping hand. Any time I have a question for management or need assistance, Pattie has been patient and wonderful to work with, even taking the time to help me with a minor emergency on her day off. Laurie has been a pleasure as I navigate my first season with a boat. Doug and Ched on the security staff have been a blast to get to know and do a great job preventing any trouble year-round. The maintenance/grounds team has exceeded all of my expectations and the park always looks excellent. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with my time here and truly appreciate the hard work of everyone on staff who make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy my time off.
