Absolutely Beautiful! We went in to repair a clients A/C, I fell in love…. The environment was fun, people were out walking, blasting tennis and everyone seemed so happy. I came home and called my cousin from Tennessee who is liking to mine out here and told her so about it. She will be calling this week for an opening in the park! Highly recommend going to check this place out!

Very disappointed. We showed up with absolutely no idea that two pools and all hots tubs were torn out and not available for use during our stay. The indoor pool was still open, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We would have chosen to go to another resort instead. Seemed dicey not to share at booking. Ask questions before booking here.

Super clean place! Didn’t realize how big this place is. Only down fall it is a 55 + place. When booking over the phone no one asked if we’re of age or had kids.. when we got there to check in is when we saw it was 55+ place. They still let us stay but the rules omg.. if we wanted to go to the pool we could only go between 11 and 3 and only go to the small pool. Was kinda lame

Resort is nice. But it is somewhat remote. The closest grocery and other services are at least 5 miles away. Biggest drawback is the lack of decent TV and internet service. Both are available for a fee from a local provider, but from every account the service is disappointing at best. Voyager is relatively expensive. I expect more and will not be returning.

I absolutely adore this place! Room was spotless. Was able to get a memory foam pad for mattress. Mattress was comfortable but due to medical issues, I must have mattress topper. All I had to do was ask. So many amenities!!

This RV park provides large sites with trees and bushes between the sites for some privacy. The staff were welcoming upon our arrival and were able to move things around so we could extend our stay due to an emergency medical issue. The price is right and we highly recommend you check them out.

This place is incredible. The staff are so kind and helpful. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. I hardly ever shower outside of our RV, but my husband suggested I take advantage of the showers here, and I'm so glad I did! The showers are roomy, and between the tiles, decor, and cleanliness, I felt like I was in a spa shower! Many of the sites are wide, and our site had plenty of room for our RV, car, and kids to play. Highly recommend, wish we could stay longer!

I usually wait to post reviews until I’m gone, but this place is amazing so I couldn’t wait. The sites are spacious and well prepared. No leveling needed. The entire village is so well manicured. The sites are shaded and private even when near a common path. Restrooms and showers great. I absolutely cannot find anything to fault them for and they deserve more than five stars.

We had such an amazing experience staying here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The entire park is very well maintained and the sites are groomed before your arrival. The bathrooms/showers are immaculate and they even have a laundry room on site that is spotless. On Saturday they served coffee and donuts which was such a nice gesture and allowed for people to meet. Best experience at a RV park I cannot recommend this place enough. We will certainly be back!!!!

What an absolutely beautiful RV resort. Beautiful trees, quiet, peaceful and calming. The staff Susan, Sue, Cathy, Larry, Don and David keep things running smooth. Unfortunately we arrived late due to a blown trailer tire but that was no problem. Sue had an envelope on the door for our temporary spot until the office opened in the morning. It was beautiful the day it rained and cooled everything off and made the trip even more beautiful. We actually extended our stay by 2 days and they accommodated us nicely. Thank you all at Zane Grey, we will definitely be back for sure.

This was just a stop along our route, and we were so bummed we only stayed here one night! Shady, lots of trees, pristine condition of all facilities including dog park, walking trail next to the creek, and large enough sites for our 42' rig. There was live music on night! Furthermore, they were generous and understanding of an emergency situation that happened on the day we needed to leave. The owner even brought my kids popsicles while we packed up! Ask him what he used to do for a living... he'll have a fun telling you about it. Beautiful campground I couldn't recommend more.

Love this place ❣️ Ample parking sites for our 38 ft camper. Friendly staff to help guide you in. Well kept grounds. Clean showers ( however we use our own) Dog friendly 🦮 and our kids ( 12 yr olds) can hike around. It feels remote but close enough to a grocery store, if you're in a pinch ! The only drawback is cell service can be a little sketchy. Not a problem for us because we come to relax & unplug. We also love this place because of all the trees ❣️

We are newbies with a travel trailer so we picked here for the quit, hidden area. The people running it are so friendly and its so clean. They have bathrooms, showers and laundry room if needed and the bathrooms are immaculate. Every Sat morning they serve bashas donuts and coffee and Fri when we got here they had live music. Walking path to the creek, corn hole, dog park, and beautiful scenery. Your sight is well maintained and most are very shaded. Highly recommend this place!

1000 trails is one of the nicer parks in the area. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because they don't have any laundry facilities. Otherwise this is one beautiful place to stay.

One of my favorite Thousand Trails. Depending on location in park and your cell carrier might get service. Staff always the BEST!

Hands down our favorite RV Park in Arizona. Big property with a lot of hiking trails and all the amenities you need (except a laundry room) and a very friendly staff. Bill has always gonna above and beyond for us and was the first person to welcome us to the Full-time RV lifestyle and reassure us at a low point in the beginning. Much love to Bill and the rest of the staff at Verde Valley.

We are Thousand Trail members and this is one of our favorite parks to visit! It has all the amenities- pool, laundry, showers and restrooms, club house and weekend activities! It's also close to Sedona and Flagstaff if you are looking for day trips. The sites are spacious and many have good shade. We have stayed on 3 different occasions over the last two years and this park never disappoints. We continue to explore the area and find new places that we incorporate into our stays!

One of the best Thousand Trails we have been to. Great staff that truly take care of their guests. Perfect pool and nice pickleball courts. Pretty spectacular views from most of the park.

Love the fact that we were able to utilize our Thousand Trails membership here, however extremely disappointed with area where our site was assigned. There are many tiered levels at this facility that have spacious, level sites.. We were placed where most of the full time live-ins are in the A section. Many of those places are quite lovely, but just as many are in need of a clean up!! Sites are terribly close together with each rig facing the opposite way. Our site was unlevel gravel for the RV pad and surrounded by nothing but dirt. The water pressure was so low, we were barely able to get shampoo out of our hair in the shower, our ice maker could not get enough water to produce ice and we could not do laundry. There are no public laundry facilities in the park. We used the pool and it is in need of some TLC and tile repairs. Want to stay again in the future, but will ensure we are in a different section.

We love Thousand Trails. This particular campground is a favorite. It's only 75 miles north of Phoenix, but it feels like a world away. Great getaway without leaving the state of Arizona. Love sites, very open with great amenities
