The Chaparral 373MBRB comes in at 42’6″ and a GVWR at 15,000 lbs. The UVW is 13,030 lbs. leaving just under 2,000 lbs. for additional storage. That’s not a ton of space once you add in passenger weight to the tow vehicle, but still enough to add a few things. The hitch weight is 2219 lbs. and would most likely require a 3/4 or 1 ton to pull.
A mid Kitchen design that has a large transom window at the cooktop backsplash location, and a stainless steel residential package for refrigerator and microwave. The opposing wall offers a modern entertainment center prepped for 50″ – 55″ TV (Articulating TV Swing Arm Bracket w/ TV Opt.). This wall also has the Outdoor kitchen/entertainment center making for a great set up when cooking outdoors. Theater seating and a Congoleum® Carefree (Dove Grey) resilient sheet flooring (USA Made W/ 3 Year Cold Crack Warranty) making it easy to clean.
Two bathroom and 3 bedrooms is typically hard to find, so this unit really shines for sleeping space. The front bedroom has nightstands and dual usb charging ports. The closet has been prepped for a washer/dryer hookup. Mid coach has double bunks with slide and overhead storage. The back bedroom features a flipdown bunk with pull-out sofa and a dresser and entertainment center for the kids gaming. A full size bathroom and separate entrance round out this ideal space for the kids.

A fantastic option for those not wanting a toyhauler
The best features in this rig are the separate sleeping areas and the back bathroom. This offers individual space for all of the family without needing the larger toyhauler. The living room area is a bit small for gathering to watch movies or TV, so that’s a downside. Having a kitchen table to serve meals and use as a workspace helps the family cook at mealtime. The construction is solid and underbelly storage is adequate, making this fifth wheel a good option for those looking to get on the road.
