It was okay but we won’t be back. I’ll start with the positives, definitely really pretty and the bathrooms are nice, the whole place is great. But the employees were pretty shady and not upfront about what was offered. The cabins are VERY overpriced. We had family staying in a couple trailer spots, and we kinda thought the place would give us a little bit of a deal, i mean, our family is paying a generous amount for a lot of spots. We thought they would work with us. we have a 3 month old and we had dogs. We decided to rent the cabin because we were uncomfortable. We brought our dog inside with us. (more comfy for him) We got home today and we literally got charged AN EXTRA $35 for the dog? Why? We could’ve just left him in one of the trailers? So yeah, kinda seems shady to charge us after we have already gone home. We won’t be back. (they also didn’t provide ANY bedding or pillows)

This Place is absolutely beautiful. Our spot #p04 is absolutely breathtaking, right on the lake, with stunning views of the mountains. Perfect home station for yellowstone! The staff was friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately we came at a time when they had blue algae, and we’re able to swim. But the Lakefront views are worth it alone.Only thing I’d change is where our fire pit was situated (closer to the lake, and farther from our campsite) and the fact that it had no playground for our kids but overall very happy with our stay.

This was our third stay. The facility is well run, camp hosts are great to work with and accommodating. It is close to Yellowstone's west entrance, Quake Lake, Virginia city and other great places to visit. We also enjoyed just being quite at the campground.

My family has been coming to Yellowstone Holiday for many many years. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable. This is my home away from home!

Beautiful campground and awesome staff! We had an issue with the power in our RV and their contractor was their in 30 minutes. When we discovered it was our RV with the issue he stayed and helped us fix it and we got to enjoy the rest of our week. First time at this KOA and we’ll be back next season! It’s a gorgeous lake!

We had a great experience here. Staff were friendly and check in was fast. Nice spot next to the lake so the kids could swim.

Hebgen Lake is an absolute gem outside of West Yellowstone. If you don’t have a cabin there, Yellowstone Holiday is the next best thing—allowing a lakeside stay, boat access, and a rustic cabin or RV experience.

No consideration if you break down for cancellations. Have to stick to the rules! Never got the second confirmation like I asked but boy did they send information on cancellations. I thought they were good people by all the rave reviews but by God don't break down.

We really enjoyed the lake, surrounding hillsides and mountain scenery, and the incredibly friendly staff. If you can plan far enough ahead try to get a site on the peninsula instead of near the office. Much more room between campsites and better view of the lake. Would stay again for sure!

Graig & Yvonni,I can't thank you enough how much Steve and I enjoyed renting a boat through Kirkwood Marine.Everything was first-class, the vessel was clean and it was Craig's pride and joy-and it ran like a champ. Every night the boat was cleaned, and gassed up ready for the next day. We've been renting boats for many years, and I was so happy that they accommodated us as the water was down really low, coming from Jacksonville FL; we were thankful that they accommodated our rentalFirst-class operation, management has to be very happy having people that thoroughly enjoy running the Marina.Thank you so much for all your hospitality and your professionalism was a real treat and a pleasure to be around. We were definitely 100% satisfiedThanks again, and will see you next year.God blessScott & Steve

We love this campground, breakfast is good and campgrounds are very clean. We had a family medical emergency and the campground manager gave us the emergency site and let us use it as long as we needed! She even checked in to see how our family member was doing in the hospital. Everyone is so kind here! Will definitely be back!
This place is amazing by all means. The customer service was off the charts.I booked last minute with little service to learn anything more than the fact that I had somewhere to stay. I was trying to find a last minute place for my daughter and I to stay.I arrived and was excited to learn there was a game room, laundry room, activities all around the grounds, access to the Hot Springs and more!! I think they're man made, but they're beautiful!! There pools are separated. The skyline here is breathtaking, absolutely breathtaking. We happened to be there on a bi-weekly Thursday when they have a musician on stage. It was awesome.

(same as review for Bozeman Hot Springs itself -)Way, way, WAY too busy, even on a weekday and yet worth every penny. It very much feels like a resort as night starts to fall and the fires and lights are lit. The pools are clean, clear, and of varying degrees for different preferences, and the grounds are lush and beautiful. We encountered a rude woman who glared at us the whole time we were checking in (presumably because we care about others with our runny noses due to our allergies and were wearing our masks), but the employee himself was soft spoken and sweet. We were startled by the groundskeeper talking with someone on her phone outside our cabin after 7am, but she tended the plants well.It seemed for every drawback, there was a positive. We want to stay again sometime, hopefully for longer than one night!!

We enjoyed our stay at Bozeman Hot Springs RV park. The guy at check in was very helpful explaining everything at the park. The site was average for the money we paid to stay here. Hot springs were a fabulous bonus to our stay and we highly enjoyed those. We were right by the road with our pitch so heard road noise which was a shame. The reason for my lower star review were the bathroom and shower facilities, they were not very clean and I showered with hundreds of little flies, a very unpleasant experience, especially as they were landing on me, maybe this was just because of the time of year we visited.

Love this place. Need a reset button and a good night sleep? Come here. I do the Hot and cold routine every time and love the concerts they have every Thursday and Sunday. Great staff. If go more than 3x a month get a monthly membership. Towels are provided. They also have swimsuit dryers for everyone.

We are full time RV travelers and booked this campground because of the hot springs. The sites are very close and tight. My wife attempted to use the woman’s restroom and she said it smelled horrible and there was dirty water all over the floor. The restrooms need improvements. They are currently improving the store, and the buildings surrounding the campground. They need to put some work into the campground. The very positive about this place is you can use the hot springs which are incredible. Busy on the weekends but so nice. So I. An only give this 3stars due to the conditions of the campground. They also offer free continental breakfast which is great.

What a cool spot! There are 4 outdoor hot spring pools of different Temps, a large heated indoor pool and 3 or 4 spas. Also have sauna and steam room and a gym. Very reasonable entry fee...$12!
