Park was very busy on the weekend, with most people leaving Sunday. Staff was visible and friendly - even with the large crowds. There are lots of sites and most are large enough for some space between, but there is little privacy camping wise. Bathrooms were clean throughout our stay. Pools were nice for a hot day, but on the small side and quite full on the weekend. Water slide was very fun for the kids. Prices in the camp store were reasonable for a camp resort as were the activities (most were free). The park is slowly updating (said construction was ending spring of 2022) and is adding a splash pad. Few other areas looked older, but well maintained. Biggest drawback was the large number of people on the weekend.

I actually love the resort but things like the Restrooms showers & shower curtains in my opinion need to be cleaned and disinfected more often Staff need to watch their tone When speaking to visitors of the park that don’t look like them also Green A -F grass and fire pits need updating

This is our 2nd year renting cabins and both experiences were good, kids love it. They have activities for all, the staff was friendly and overall the experience was good. Biggest complaint is I really wish they would invest more into equipment. We spent a lot of money for a cabin to have the fridge not work then get told by someone they don’t have anymore to replace it so we had to use our cooler which was not great because we planned on using the fridge. We ended up wasting a lot of food because we just didn’t want to take the chance that it went bad and we had to buy a lot of ice. They were supposed to credit us for this but left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Be prepared if you spend money on cabin that your fridge may not work.

Front desk people are so incredibly rude. There was two young girls working and it was to a point where I didn’t even want to stay there. Definitely need some more mature and trained staff up front. Other than that and the water stinking it was a fun experience, Band was great.

we were there this weekend and I'm surprised with all the negative reviews. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, they had A LOT of kid activities for all ages, and the lots were a very nice size. We were on lot 3101 and the bathrooms by us were clean. The pool was a good temperature. Ages 4-10 enjoyed the water slides and the crafts. I don't feel like we were nickled and dimed for everything either. It's a very large camp ground. The only complaint was the mass amount of golf carts. With a 4 year old walking the streets it could get dangerous. My family and friends really enjoyed ourselves.

Worst Jellystone. Going back to the one we love in Missouri next year. Very little cell phone reception and couldn't even use my Internet with my own data ... wouldn't work. Wi-Fi is not free. No trees near where we parked our RV. Had to pay extra for everything...five dollars per person for mini golf every time you wanted to play. Had to pay to use paddle boats. No cable in the cabins. Water smells terrible. Low water pressure in cabins. Tons of golf carts zooming everywhere....not safe for kids. My family members had to bring linens, towels, everything but toilet paper for their cabins .... that's crazy for how much they paid for them!! No morning trash pick up like at other Jellystone. Employees not very friendly or knowledgeable. We will not be coming back. Yuck. Our kids had fun so that's what really mattered. But the adults were not happy with everything else!

A great family weekend getaway. Enjoyed spending time with family. Lots of activities for all agesBut they definitely need to focus on the maintenance of the pools. Should definitely be cleaned and shocked every night. Bathrooms needs to be tended to more often. And please do something about the internet service. Even the Internet service they offered if you paid didn’t work.

If I have to choose one word to describe this place is yuck. My family and I went this 4th of July weekend. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING absolutely no maintenance. The pool was dirty and the bathrooms were backed up. The convenience store wasn't convenient it was expensive. The outback was bad there was barely any grass and when there was greenery it was out of control. It was so muddy. They need more bathrooms. And better pools. Also the staff is super strict. Reservations are much more expensive then they use to be and the conditions are worse instead of better.. I most likely won't go back 😕

Came to visit our daughter. This place is not worth the money. The one bench in the picnic table was broke. Big holes on the camp site. Your camping on grass. For what it costs it should be paved sites. Most of the activities were closed. Pools nasty. I could go on and on. Don’t waste your money.

No clarity on times, told on the phone checkout was 11am, paper in the room says 12 noon, the paperwork with my access code says 1pm.Had issues with the cheap DVD player, called front office, house keeping went home. Was told a ranger would stop by, nobody ever came. Also had to have my entry code reset after the 1st day, got locked out of my room. Luckily the office was open. Just another thing gone wrong as I went there to relax. And check-in times are ridiculous with a 3 hour window.Check in between 4 & 7 pm, office closed after.Nice clean place though, but they have soooo much to do !!!

Family owned and operated. They are extremely helpful and kind! The grounds are clean and well maintained and you can tell they are working hard to update everything. Plenty of fun activities for the whole family.

Amazing experience!!! By far best campground around and I didn’t even know it was here. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It was so calm and relaxing and it was never loud at night time. Staff was amazing especially the maintenance man Herman. He put a smile on our face everyday and went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed. All of the staff made you feel like you were right where you belong. Great people. Beautiful scenery and I’m glad we brought our bicycles so we could check out even more of the area. Lots of fun stuff for the kids and even us big kids. Already planning another trip here in a couple of weeks. Highly highly highly recommended. 5 plus stars.

This campsite was absolutely fantastic. The road in is shrouded in trees and the KOA itself feels like a little private forest hideout. My campsite had power outlets right at the camp and good wifi as well. This KOA also has a pool, playground, banana bikes, and a jumping castle. The staff were super friendly and the facilities were sparkling clean. On top of all that, the camp was just totally beautiful. In the evening you can ear the cicadas humming and watch the lightning bugs. It feels very peaceful and removed. My only advice is to be aware that it is miserably humid here. I'm from AZ so maybe I'm just not used to it but the humidity and bugs were crazy. Bring a fan to put in your tent. You will need it. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. You will get better service and amenities than any hotel in the area.

A very nice KOA Journey. Local flooding made the approach a bit challenging (no fault of the campground), but once we were there, we enjoyed a quiet, relaxed evening. Sites are even and roomy, and the facilities are great (kudos on immaculate restrooms!). Staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to spend an evening on our trip.

This KOA has achieved the perfect balance between rustic and the comfort of home. We loved staying here! The facilities were clean, staff was very friendly, and there was a fun atmosphere! Our toddler loved the playground and jump pad and we enjoyed looking at the stars and hearing the sounds of nature. We will be staying again!
